Registration and certificates
You can report any mistake in your personal information to the Technical Secretariat by sending an email to info@ecoacoustics2024.org.
You can visit the Technical Secretariat desk that will be available at the hall of the venue to correct any detail of your personal information during the congress.
You will receive your badge and additional information about the Congress at the Technical Secretariat desk in the hall of the venue, where you should register at your arrival.
Once the Congress is over, you will be able to obtain your attendance certificate by accessing your Personal Area at the Congress website with your username and password.
Certificates will be available the week after the end of the Congress.
Communications

If we confirmed the reception and approval of your communication, but it does not appear on the full list, please contact the Technical Secretariat by sending an email to info@ecoacoustics2024.org.
This information will be available in the Congress programme, at the Technical Secretariat desk or in the private area of the Congress website.
In order to foster the participation of a majority of the attendees, we allow a maximum of 2 abstracts per person as first author or speaker, while there is no limit as co-author.
Sessions
Please keep your Congress badge visible during the event, and particularly to access to the venue and rooms. The corresponding room for each session will be published in the programme.
Details of the activities taking place during the day will also be displayed on the door of each room.
In pre-registration activities, the system only allows access to pre-registered attendees.

Yes, attendees will be able to pose questions during the time allocated for that, at the end of the talks.
Exhibition Hall
The commercial stands and exhibitions will be located at the hall of the venue and free available to all the Congress attendees.
The Exhibition Hall Area of the Congress will be open in the morning, before the beginning of the scientific activities, and in the afternoon, after the end of the scientific activities.
