Registration and certificates

  • My personal information is wrong, how can I change it before the event?

You can report any mistake in your personal information to the Technical Secretariat by sending an email to info@ecoacoustics2024.org.

  • My personal information is wrong, how can I change it during the event?

You can visit the Technical Secretariat desk that will be available at the hall of the venue to correct any detail of your personal information during the congress.

  • How can I get my Congress bagde?

You will receive your badge and additional information about the Congress at the Technical Secretariat desk in the hall of the venue, where you should register at your arrival.

  • How can I get my Congress certificate?

Once the Congress is over, you will be able to obtain your attendance certificate by accessing your Personal Area at the Congress website with your username and password.

Certificates will be available the week after the end of the Congress.

 

Communications

  • Where can I find the guidelines for oral communications and posters?

This information can be found on the Congress website (Communications / Communications guidelines).

  • My abstract does not appear in the list of communications, what can I do?

If we confirmed the reception and approval of your communication, but it does not appear on the full list, please contact the Technical Secretariat by sending an email to info@ecoacoustics2024.org.

  • How can I find out when my presentation session is?

This information will be available in the Congress programme, at the Technical Secretariat desk or in the private area of the Congress website.

  • Can one person give more than one talk?

In order to foster the participation of a majority of the attendees, we allow a maximum of 2 abstracts per person as first author or speaker, while there is no limit as co-author.

 

Sessions

  • How can I access the sessions and activities?

Please keep your Congress badge visible during the event, and particularly to access to the venue and rooms. The corresponding room for each session will be published in the programme.

Details of the activities taking place during the day will also be displayed on the door of each room.

In pre-registration activities, the system only allows access to pre-registered attendees.

  • How can I find out which activities I am registered for?

By accessing your personal area of the Congress website, located at the top right corner of the main window.

  • Will I be able to ask questions to speakers and session chairs?

Yes, attendees will be able to pose questions during the time allocated for that, at the end of the talks.

 

Exhibition Hall

  • How do I access the Exhibition Hall Area?

The commercial stands and exhibitions will be located at the hall of the venue and free available to all the Congress attendees.

  • When can I visit the Exhibition Hall Area?

The Exhibition Hall Area of the Congress will be open in the morning, before the beginning of the scientific activities, and in the afternoon, after the end of the scientific activities.
