Registrations should be made using the online registration form. Alternatively, you may send a completed registration form (pdf) to the Technical Secretariat with proof of payment by bank transfer or credit card authorization.

(1) To be eligible for student registration you must be a PhD or lower-level degree student at the moment of registering. A proof of the student status (e.g., a copy of the student card) has to be sent by e-mail to: registrations@ecoacoustics2024.org

(2) To be eligible for discounted registration you must be working or studying at institutions from upper-middle, lower-middle or low-income countries (LIC). Full list of these countries can be found on the World Bank web. A proof of the current place of residence (e.g., a resident permit, a recent utility bill, etc.) has to be sent by e-mail to: registrations@ecoacoustics2024.org. Procedures 

Registrations should be completed through the Congress website. 

Alternatively, you may submit a completed registration form with a bank transfer receipt or credit card authorization form to the Technical Secretariat. Registration forms can be downloaded from the Registration section of the website. 

The name of the person registering may be changed until June, 27 2024. After that date, no changes will be allowed and registrations will not be transferable.

To request an invoice, please specify in the comments section of the registration form provide the following billing information: CLIENT NAME, ID / TAX ID and address.

Once you are registered, you can access your personal area with the username and password information you will have received in your email and check the services you have purchased. If you do not remember your login information you can request it at registrations@ecoacoustics2024.org 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to the following address, specifying the registration to be cancelled: registrations@ecoacoustics2024.org 

  • Cancellations received before February 21, 2024: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
  • Cancellations received between February 22 and May 28, 2024: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
  • Cancellations received after May 29, 2024: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
