Workshop registration guideline

To attend any of the workshops scheduled, please follow the guidelines described below that have been established by the organization of the 5th World Ecoacoustics Congress.

1. Registration for the workshop of your choice can be carried out through your personal area on our website or at the Venue. This is an essential requirement to.
2. Seats for workshops might be limited. Once all seats of a specific workshop be booked, the activity will disappear from the workshop registration platform, only allowing you to register at the Venue, as long as there be places available.
3. Registration through on our website will be enabled on Tuesday, June 17th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. (Spain time)
4. Until July 1st, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. (Spain time). After this date, registration will only take place at the venue, during the Congress.
5. You can check if you are registered for a workshop in your personal area of the Congress website or in the iEvent application, which can be downloaded for free by Google Play or Apple Store.
6. The technical secretariat reserves the right to make the necessary changes on the workshops program, which will be communicated to you, if done. For any information regarding this, you can contact the following email: workshops@ecoacoustics2024.org.
7. We ask the registered attendees to access to the workshop rooms before the time indicated in the scientific program (or signage that modifies this schedule due to organizational needs). Those attendees that be absent at the start time of the activity will be cancelled. Then free seats will be available for the following attendee on the waiting list.

Note: Choosing workshops through the virtual platform can only be done once, so please review the selected workshops before choosing them. If you do not select the workshops correctly, you must contact the Technical Secretariat: workshops@ecoacoustics2024.org.
